SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped within the USA & Canada

All orders are shipped using tracked shipping services.

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been processed. Please reference this information for the most accurate expected delivery times.

International Orders:

Depending on your shipping destination, different shipping services are available

International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive however, due to current events, delays are to be expected. Unfortunately, once shipped International orders can not be returned.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to provide you with top quality products and if you experience any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact us using the link at the bottom of this page.

We will happily accept returns in their original, unworn and clean condition with tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You have 15 days from your delivery date to qualify for a refund. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs and reshipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. All sale & clearance items are final sale.

 

Luna By Lucy reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Returns deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. Once we have received your return, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund has been issued.
